They are transparent about what's happening at the company, including finances and are very open to employee feedback.

It's a fun, accepting work culture where employees are welcome to bring their full true selves to work everyday.

I'm compensated above industry average for my position and company bonuses are fair and equal across the board for all employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely open and friendly! Always willing to have open discussions and openly look to their employees for ideas on how to improve both the business and company culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are supportive of their employees not only as workers but as people. They genuinely care about their employees well being and happiness. Plus, beer Friday and monthly happy hours don't hurt either. Did I mention unlimited WFH?
