Great colleagues and meaningful work, but constant reorganizations, broad cost-cutting, and inconsistent leadership direction have created an environment where long-term planning and employee trust are increasingly difficult.

Great company and benefits, experience may differ based on your direct leader. But lots of room to grow or move

Positive and supportive environment, excellent benefits, best coworkers due to attitude. Challenging and always changing, raises don't meet rises in cost of living. Starting pay is excellent in comparison, but the raises are insulting. Overall, the benefits working for the company outweigh the bad

Autonomy. They should permit employees to do their own job vs other departments duties. There is a reason for job titles. One is not synonymous with another in most cases; yet you are forced to perform them with no training.

Maybe be qualified for their position and treat lower level staff doing the work with respect and common courtesy.

My VP of Quality was hired by our plan CMO with no input solicited from the team. The VP has no idea what she's doing and has destroyed the culture. She's a micromanager and is only worried about herself. Culture? DON'T work here.

Fair salary. Pay for performance.

The money is great and directors receive stock options and unlimited PDO

Compensation was fine. Watching years of knowledge get traded for another operating model and a fresh set of consultants made it clear what the company actually values.

Taking away bonuses for lower staff was a low blow

The amount of work that is needed on a daily basis does not match the pay the pay should be higher and I don't mean just a little bit probably about six or seven more dollars an hour it requires a lot of multitasking and detail and a good memory

Too expensive and did not cover enough!

To be paid market value and for experience. To also be paid for working overtime!

Smart, dedicated people who somehow kept delivering despite the constant reorganizations around them.

Adaptability and knowledgeable- feels like a supported team.

Flexibility, independence, and supportive. My team always is there to help eachother out.

Management needs to be honest with employees from the beginning, not just parrot corporate policy.

Morale is low. Too much micromanaging.

Need to be held accountable for their shoddy work

The coworkers should have the same mind-set unified together as a team.

They may need exposure to industry, competitors, and level of sophistication on corporate, organization, industry and global norms, trends, roles, behavior, sense of urgency, true agility, andd much much more.

Frequent reorganizations gave everyone plenty of opportunities to meet new coworkers.

Unsure at this point, the list is so long i wouldn't know where to start.

FIRE the CMO and VP of Quality. Only hire QUALIFIED people WITH significant experience in leadership roles.

Openness to new ideas outside your comfort zone and operating area; realization that there is a world out there; leave pettiness and selfishness behind; strive for holistic corporate goals you were "acquired" and no longer a singular company, you are part of an organization with global reach.

Honesty. Stop throwing your team members under the bus. There is no "I" in team.

The interview process was remarkably well organized and aligned. I spent years chasing that feeling afterward.

The excitement of working for the company. During my interview, I was treated with respect and a positive experience.

I was given a chance to express my experience in other jobs.I was also given an example of what would I do in a diabetic patient

Interviewing with the team to get a feel on work load expectations.

Interviews were professional and friendly.

Make it face-to-face. Tell the prospective employee how they would fit in and make a difference.

You have to have EXACT dates you started and left previous jobs or they wont hire you. You have to have the covid shot or they wont hire you.

They hiring process is a bit fast

Offer enough money. When they post positions, they should actually let people apply and not appoint people they want in the position.

The company has mistaken motion for progress for years. Fewer slogans, fewer reorganizations, fewer consultants, and more accountability from the people making the decisions would be a good start.

Lack of openness and honesty. Improvement would come from and shift in corporate culture, which I cannot see happening.

When you choose profit over people - you've already lost.

Realistic ideas on a global scale, acknowledgement that your competition is not internal it's outside the "whole" organization across industries and markets. There are amazing SWOTs if they got together, thought and acted as a unified entity.
