C1 is a great place to work when you are under the right leadership. Not all leaders are bad but very influential ones affect the company greatly. We're spending a lot of time fixing things that should not be broken because of a lack of self awareness and empathy as leaders.

Being able to work from home and know that when "life" happens that my professional life supports my personal life. Its nice to have that support and understanding making work more enjoyable

Remote work is a wonderful perk but we also have free therapy services for employees and families along with unlimited sick time and two floating holidays to use as we like in addition to other holidays that are given.
