
I appreciate the interaction of our executive team, most of my co-workers and field counterparts.
I would like to be compensated for the work I do and the support I provide my field team and customers. Feel that rewards within our team are given to those who focus on management.
I feel empowered to make a difference in my work each day. I may not be recognized, receive a raise or have my manager's approval but know that what I do is important in driving new business.
Would like to see more consistency in the managing of teams within Cherwell. A number of teams feel empowered and appreciated and other teams have members who enjoy working at Cherwell but not for the immediate management team.
