
I don't take the benefits here but appreciate the fairness of my base pay.
When I feel like the work I do contributes to the goals of the organization.
They present a clear direction in all-employee meetings and are personable in the hallways and easy to approach.
It's a good culture from my perspective. At the same time, I think we could get more clarity on how the overarching company goals translate into into daily decision-making and prioritization of work.
My co-worker doesn't live in the same city, so our interactions are on video. She seems like a great person and good worker. The people around me work well together, trying to good work and problem solve - and they have welcomed me to the group though we don't work together directly.
