Cares about employees and at the same time understands the industry and business very well, setting priorities and direction appropriately. Highest levels of engineering leadership is also very technical knows the importance of building an engineering culture and knows how to do it.

It's been fantastic so far. Onboarding was thorough and well constructed. It's an extremely welcoming and positive culture and the People team leadership has a clear vision for scaling that culture and experience.
