Nothing really, it's very negative here and a small group of people weigh that burden while most of the company times unlimited PTO and posts about political stuff that no one cares about.
Eliminate the "people" team, I have no idea what they do except for pushing their own personal opinions and viewpoints on the company when no one asked for them. Management starts listening to the employees who are on the ground and hearing what customers want. Get rid of your egos.
