I am in Sales, so i LOVE the commission. Plus I love all the SPIFFS and opportunity to win bonuses or small gift cards etc. There is always an opportunity to make more money because you are excelling and doing well.

Everyone is super collaborative and helpful. We all enjoy helping other succeed and have a lot of healthy competition. We love competing against each other but at the end of the day we are also there to help each other succeed and win more business!

Again, just the collaboration and drive everyone has. Everyone is here because they love what Class has to offer and what it can bring to the world. That energy shows and makes it easy to work each day. Nobody is just here for money or just to have a job, everyone is here because they want to be.
