The challenge. Trying to make something happen. Failing multiple times at something than not giving up until there is success.
I think for a fully remote team we've all been able to connect. We all want to succeed. We have some good people.
Pay what the market pays. We all have stock but make more available. I've had a few funny issues with pay. Pretty important. New comp plan wasn't what was expected.
I think optimism and hard work. We've had challenges as a company with the stability of the product and despite that, we have a force putting in major-effort. There are a lot of employees who are passionate to see this thru.
