I love my kids but some days definitely need those few hours. Besides getting a paycheck
It's not that I feel that way, we just don't get paid for our compensation. We just receive an hourly pay, besides the manager.
It's laid back and relaxed. Some days are so hectic, others are complete opposite, thinking time couldn't get any slower. Most days are comfortable leaving still enough time to get whatever is needed, done.
It was more relaxed and one on one. More than answering questions about imaginary situations that 90% of the time would never even happen. Instead of making you so uncomfortable, making everything you tried to prepare for already forgotten
The manager really tries to be lienant and fair with all of the employees. Everyone that works there is still new. The manager has been there the longest and only a few years. Everyone is young so just having to learn together as a team to make it work
I feel we're all more than co-workers. There's only about 8 employees that work all year around. Some are students or just offer to be an extra if needed a couple days a week. We've become friends, or at least more than aquances, which makes a better environment since we're together 4-5 days a week.
