I like that they work together and collaborate on projects and goals. Not deparmentalized like it was before.
Support existing employees and work on giving them a reason to stay with the company. With the turnover and people leaving it seems that nothing is being done to keep employees, just shift responsibities and eliminate positions.
We communicate well and keep each other informed of what is going on during weekly meetings. Our team is great at lending help when a teammate needs help or has questions. We work well as a team and indiviudually.
There has been a high employee turnover in the last year and a half. Doesn't seem like employee retention is a goal or prioroty at all. The main focus seems to be growing and expanding and not taking care of the foundation or supporting employees that have been here for long time.
