In my two years, the company has gone through a lot of staff changes so it's been hard getting correct information and knowing who to contact. A lot of things fall into the cracks and forgotten. I see the company is trying to head in the right direction but it's a slow process.
I enjoy most of the clients and the dogs are wonderful!
Most of the team I've had contact with seem very knowledgeable and willing to help and see your point of view.
DP corporate seem to be very nice and helpful. I really enjoy the monthly calls where we get updates on the whole company.
Answer is for Center coworkers. DP coworkers are great at times. I try not to deal with marketing because they either don't respond to me or half do the work I asked.
Not happy or unhappy to go to work - neutral. It's stressful as a GM and sometimes you don't feel like you have enough support especially when you're trying to keep your company afloat but you're getting orders to do tasks like care calls when you don't have staff/time.
Struggling centers seem unable to get raises for their hard work, regardless of how hard they're trying to resolve the issues. Most centers that were acquired were sold for a reason, staff and CM are trying to keep the center's afloat but it's hard when it starts to become all about numbers
