
Mostly fine, but communication is very poor. It takes days to hear back about things that need an immediate response. I said in my last survey that more regional managers are needed to cover the country. This is still true.

The old bonus structure was much more rewarding, and I was looking at a $3000 bonus for q1 when it was changed without my knowledge after the first quarter ended. I've felt pretty bummed since then.
