
It had been great until New leadership. I think they are great and knowledgable however it is an every day fear of losing our jobs. There has been no questions asked or conversations had about potential changes it has been do it this way and no questions.

They are willing to do anything day and night to provide solutions to operations.
They are open to feedback and willing to implement changes to accommodate the companies growth.
Even if there are disagreements we are all pet obsessed with the same end goal
They are unwilling to accept being challenged. It appears as though all old Employees are being hired until their positions are made available. There is alot to learn from their experience however hospitality and retail are entirely different in how you support them efficiently.
