I really appreciated the morals this company had compared to NVA when I first started here. I felt supported by my RM and knew who to contact about most things. Since the new year, I have felt those morals shift and have seen a lot of in my opinion shady activity and I have lost my support system.

Everyone has a good level of respect and understanding of other's roles. There are a lot of personalities that mesh and bound off each other, but overall everyone is happy to come to work every day!

We all understand how liable we are for the safety of our pets and want to ensure that as best we can. Everyone is pet obsessed. They're here to do their job to the best of their ability.

The leadership team needs to be better about communicating with its employees about changes. There have been several instances where GMs are left in the dark about a plethora of information and have to find out the hard way that things have changed. There is not much support for GMs.

GMs are working over 40-hour weeks, every week and are expected to work all other positions in their center ON TOP of the general daily coverage that they have to do. This means they have to spend time outside of the 40-hour work week to get their GM duties done. $50k isn't enough to run a center.

As a General Manager, I should be doing my General Manager work unless we're in dire need of coverage. That's what I'm getting paid to do. I'm not getting paid to work several positions throughout the week on top of all of the work I need to do as a GM. I find myself falling behind on my work often.
