Since I have entered in this company, more than 10 people have left voluntarily and some others have been fired. The fact that this company does not give you safety and security is very bad, not taking into account principles and good ethics applied. The leadership team is not aware of context
I am very sad about the amount of talent that this company has lost due to all the restructuring that are doing. This team is very talented and still does not believe that each of us are making our best. If this company does not fix this, the turn over would be higher and people would start leaving
