There are extremely smart people here. It's a shame leadership doesn't recognize the effort and would rather burn out employees with tasks unrelated to job description and employee skillset.

New leadership has derailed progress of the company by laying off important employees, not understanding how work gets done, and continuing to not care for their employees. Morale is at an all time low and decision makers keep making poor decisions in a vacuum that negatively impact the company.
