
I've asked for training for my job(have emails dating back to November) and am only met with blame and lack of effort from my RMs (again despite advocating for myself for months I was told I wasn't enough of a squeaky wheel) all to only find out I've been coded incorrectly. it's a reoccurring proble
The staff here always give 100% even when they only have 10% to give they will give 100% of the 10% they have
Knowing the teams names(pronounce them right), the facility(the facilities correct name), the services the facilities offer. I've been proposed task, services, we already provide or have been being and had corp take the credit.
My immediate staff. They are a constant source of light and positivity. No matter how under staffed, over worked they always say "we'll get through it", "it's ok", "we'll give 100% of what we have"
After bringing up multiple areas for improvement and being blamed for company failures I sadly do not feel the company actual is open to plans for improvement in regards to work culture, work life balance, fair compensation, or better business practices.
Checking in on their team and training, since being promoted there has been no training on additional responsibility everything I've had to do has had to be self taught. This especially disappointing because this was an issue that was also brought up post acquisition.
Clients have voiced that they worry about staff since we have joined DP. They have vocalized that the changes have not been positive from their POV citing that they have a harder time getting to us/navigating phone and endless apps making it harder and more confusing to communicate
Even as burnt out as some GM's/AM are they still rally for each other and provide a shoulder when needed. The team inhouse rally for each other and build each other up despite seeing how corp interacts with their management and despite never being acknowledge by how hard they work
Company wants GM's to act "as owners" but doesn't want to compensate or let us make simple decisions(can't even get my facility a new fridge without it taking a month).I've been sent passive aggressive text and emails for things I've never received training for only to be blamed for that as well
My team is constantly rallying and putting their best foot forward even when they are burnt out and stressed. Our clients love them and are constantly complimenting how hard they see staff working, how sweet the staff is and loves that despite having many dogs throughout the day they know every dog
I'm expected not only do my job but i've also been told that I'm expected to do the full time job of my Maintenance man who left last month because DP will not refill the position, in addition to working in role because of understaffing. I am not being compensated for the work of 3 people.
