I feel like Destination Pet does not value the individualism of their centers, and everything feels more corporate than it should for a pet care position.

I was hired for a commission-based position that fell apart when DP took over, and I would be making more money now if DP never came into the picture.

Stop taking away people's jobs just because the company is adjusting and STOP sending out emails to the whole company that say they are no longer with the company, it's tasteless.
