I do not feel undervalued, however I do believe with me being on call 24/7 and since I work 45–50-hour weeks each week I deserve a raise.

I love the new ideas they have provided for us to ensure the dogs in our care are safer now than they have ever been in our care.

The best thing about my team is the teamwork. They strongly believe working together is efficient and they have fun while doing so. Jackson and I have done everything in our power to turn the culture around and I believe we've done a great job doing that.
