
Leadership is disconnected. Projects are not followed through unless it involves Yourgi or Surveys. No opportunity just more pressure or more forms to fill out.
Presents as one pack but clearly 2 packs. Corporate Pack and then the center managers. Completely disconnected. 1 pack adds more and more workload to the 2nd pack.

Follow through, support at center level, training, organization, planning
Liaa and Dr. Harris are approachable and work quickly to address concerns or problems
Despite struggling with constant change they keep trying to adjust and hell each other
Potential for bonus are exciting but might be hard to achieve on a regular basis.
Everyone here is supportive of each other and comes together as a team to accomplish our goals
I am set up to never make bonuses. Only those that promote surveys are recognized or rewarded.
Benefits are terrible and does not encourage team to feel appreciated. Pay does not match the workload expected
The people here at our center are friendly and non toxic. We strive to achieve a good work/life balance
More pressure put on center teams and no pressure on corporate leadership to support or follow through. They are disconnected completely
My center team could leave and likely make more money, they come back for the pets and the owners. I am unable to recognize them beyond a small gift card or lunch
