I haven't seen much positive from DP as a whole...I like our center its nice plase to work everyone has great core values
They have true passion for helping pets as well as the people...The clients are our family & their pets our our pets...We manage to give good care even when very short staffed
A Christmas Bonus would be nice...In my past jobs I would get $500 to $1000 a year at Christmas...Try some gift cards at least...or what about something from corporate for our birthdays...simple things make a difference
I have worked in this field for over 20 years we always got Christmas bonuses. the office was offered once in the two+ years $150 for a holiday party we have 7 people here not even enough to go out
we are all hard workers that understand what needs to get done each day & work together to get it done. as a team when problems arrive we are able to switch it up / adapt & move forward. we are passionate about our clients & their pets
we haven't seen much of the leadership team from cooperate except when they are on their way out. make time to listen to each team member. we are the ones out on the front line. all the changing systems make our everyday workflow more complicated than needs to be
