Corporate is generically corporate. Too much self-congratulatory crap in meetings. Corporate wants "the best" people but is not willing to give "the best" income or benefits.

More PTO would be really nice.

I would be happier with my pay if we had more PTO. This is a deceptively stressful industry and burnout is a real thing in our facilities.
They are frustrated and stressed so it is understandable that it is hard to sometimes work with them. More PTO and more pay would improve this situation.
Communication, goal setting, stop hyper focusing on revenue and growth. Get the company into a better place before growing any further. Better processes. More compassionate and empathetic leadership. More competency generally.
Too much greed and focus on making money. Less focus on money and more on just being good at our jobs for the sake of being good at our jobs.
