Working with my team. Making sure the dogs get the best care they can get and enjoy being with us.

I truly believe what I am currently being paid is what the company can currently afford. I would like to make more money so I can survive on my own.

The managers. Again, this is not a positive review for DP because the experience has been negative. The team is great because of the managers. We communicate very well and work very well together. I am comfortable to communicate good or bad news.

Our General Manager and Assistant Manager genuinely the best managers I have ever had. I don't want to work under anyone else. They care about our team; they work hard and endlessly to make us better. I don't have anything positive to say about the people above them.

We work really good together. Our team has been put together by the current management, not by DP. If it was up to DP, we would not have the strong team we currently have. It is all because of the managers. They care deeply for the animals and they care about doing a good job.
