Overworked, exhausted, other functions not able to keep up and offload work to our function that shouldn't be here. At one point I went months without a full day off. Constant chaos.

Not sure. IT is a middle of the road typical package. While I believe I am paid fairly with respect to others in the company, I believe I am underpaid for what I can earn in the marketplace.
