In my center specifically we have a core set of staff that performs at a high level despite the employees that are a burden.
Better reward high performing employees by paying more, promote from within, and empower center managers to get rid of people not pulling their weight.
The people at our specific center. We have built up a decent team over the past couple of years. That has little to do with DP though.
I am paid by my position and not what I bring to the team. I clearly out perform others in my position as well as those above and below me.
