Not being appropriately paid for the amount of work I do. A higher hourly pay. Regular raises.
The part of the staff that actually works hard and doesn't create drama. They make it a lot easier to come to work and give the best care to the dogs.
The pay doesn't make me feel like the work im doing sometimes is worth it. There are never enough people scheduled so there is always more work than people here to do it comfortably. Corporate management continues to make changes that are not best for the location I work at.
