Corporate needs to actually support us and not just threaten us with losing our jobs. If I didn't like everyone on my team I would leave because of how terrible corporate is.

We are all friends with each other and mature enough to talk out our issues. There is no one on our team that is slacking and everyone is willing to help out wherever they are needed.

I would like to be paid a living wage. I go above and beyond and I am expected to adapt to everything thrown at me, which I do. But I do not get compensated for everything I do/everything I am expected to do.
