I believe I should be paid more. The economy is very high right now and my compensation simply doesn't cover it. I also believe that more people would apply and work with destination pet if the hourly rates were higher.

We are all very comfortable helping each other out. We work as a team to achieve top quality service for the animals and there parents. My coworkers and I are very happy to be working for such a great company and we work hard to achieve the company's goals.

Communication is the best amongst my team. We all talk to each other and get along very well. My coworkers and myself are all very eager to work and enjoy doing what we do on providing quality care for the animals that stay with us. The morale is great because of it.
