Meeting with people just like me, who wanted to make a change, who enjoyed their transition and who encourage us to just 'do what you do'.
When you 'fix' any problems/issues the clients are happy and you turn the ship around to avoid RFC and get clients on-board w/ the product and service here at Eargo.
Everyone has the end-goal in sight. Provide good hearing to our hearing impared clients. Get them into a good product and help them set it and know how to control/navigate it.
I love working remotely. I love the ease of connection to my coworkers/managers through Slack and Zoom. I love that we are all here for eachother and have eachother's back and all work for the clients, first and foremost.
My direct manager is super personable/easily accessible and gets my questions answered ASAP. I feel above her our department head is also very aware of our wants/needs and tries his best to meet them. Above that, I feel there is a huge disconnect and we hear a lot of "well i can't discuss that".
