It was in depth but informal and the energy in the room was fantastic/good people.
I am happy with both my base pay as well as my bonuses. The contests/gifts are a boon as well.
Great mix of skills and most of the teammates have a great work ethic. Some communicate better than others remotely, but it's a great culture overall.
I have the best Manager I have ever had at Eargo, and I've worked for some of the most well known companies such Apple and Dell. Management actually responds to feedback and input from those lower on the totem pole, so surveys never just feel like a waste of time-I love it!
They really do focus more on helping folks vs the bottom line, and Management will work to improve an employee's performance vs just tossing the baby with the bathwater if they are struggling. This has by far been my favorite company to work for, and my awesome Manager is the best bonus.
I love the personal touch-while I focus on offering great service as part of my sales style, I get to generally be myself in my role, and so Eargo allows me to use my skills relationally instead of just being a script robot. Also, the lack of micromanaging is WONDERFUL, as that styleimpedes success.
