Provide guidance and leadership to the various teams, but also listen to their recommendations.
Do not feel appreciated ... underpaid ... company only cares about selling product and not about quality or safety
Manager and VP does not value or acknowledge my above-and-beyond contributions. I voice my concerns but they go unheard.
99% of my immediate colleagues are great to work with. However some people think they are above everyone else just because they came from a more well known company.
Have a project plan and stick with it. Hold teams accountable for holding things up. Management needs to listen to the subject matter experts and get people to fall in line, too many loose cannons.
