What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team has deep industry experience, and is very committed to growing the business. The leadership particularly the CEO is very good at communicating to the employees regarding company vision and strategy.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am proud of what I do to help small business owners to grow their businesses. The job is very challenging and rewarding. We celebrate and have fun each month after we've achieved the goals each month, which we have consistently in last 10 months.
