The benefits are awful. The pay is awful.
Communication. When certain situations arise, there is no communication. Things come as a surprise.
A lot of my co-workers are slow. I love them, but they need to work faster, so I don't have to. Our manager is not good at discussing this issue with them.
Go back to the way Hannaford was before Delhaize bought it out. Those were the days when they cared about the customers and provided more hours so you could get your job done on time and be more effective.
The company doesn't pay you enough when you have to do the work of 2 or 3 people. They expect you do work at such a fast pace. People get injured at work so easily because they are over exerting themselves.
