We are all really hardworkers even with the lack of management backing. I owned my own cleaning business for 20 years and do not need someone to instruct me on my every move. Managers need to know HOW to interact with the employees not micromanage them. I should not fo home in tears daily!!

Moral is so low and workers care so little about proper job implementation because the leadership team manages through berating the employees.

There needs to be major supervision more inspections I was fired on February 18th and I still get phone calls from nurses and texts on what they believe should be done. They say that they do emails to the director and the director says she never gets them I know for a fact that she is lying.
