The interviewers were friendly, easy to talk to, and asked the kind of questions they should for the given positions.
Everyone knows what they're doing. This field is nothing new too new to them, either because of education or previous employment in the field.
Management doesn't bug you too much as long as you get your work done. This is important and a lot of companies don't see that. This type of environment gives people the sense of trust and a good level of personal responsibility. I love it.

There are areas where there are some organization that could be improved. Other than that, everyone is great. My co-workers are wonderful. This is the first company I have worked for that I haven't met the CEO, however. I've had a plethora of jobs and have always had personable CEOs.

The same reason as in my previous answer. I can work at my own pace 90% of the time. It makes me want to be here. I always take care of everything I need to. If I need to get my son from school or take him to an appointment, it's never an issue.
