With the major change in management, InDinero has taken a downturn. What used to be a fun work environment has now become very stale and lifeless. They don't even pay us the industry rate.
The best thing about InDinero is the remote work set up and flexible schedule.
InDinero is a good company but there are still a lot of room for improvements. I hope they continue to listen to their employees' suggestions. As they say, happy employees create happy customers.
Listens to the concerns of the team.
Very competitive and always eager to help.
None, no fun at work anymore.
None that I can think of.
Finishing my deliverables on schedule.
Respects and provide accommodations based on their employees' needs and conditions.
Compared to the previous years, people are easier to reach out to whenever you have any concerns.
People are very hard to reach. I always end up pausing my work just to wait for their response.
I think the compensation package can be improved. Also, annual appraisal should be the norm and not only dependent on management's whim.
Pay close attention to the things mentioned during exit interviews and make sure to consider it in making decisions and plans regarding employee retention.
Receiving appreciative comments from my clients and co-workers. As well as receiving monetary and non-monetary incentives as a token of appreciation for my performance and loyalty to the firm.
It is below what is being offered in the industry. Incentives are also getting harder and harder to get each year. It's like the company doesn't want to give it at all.
I think that the company's culture has worsened since I joined the firm. It was so much better then and you can really feel the importance they gave to achieve work and life integration.
The firm should consider either a mid-year bonus or a 14th month pay as many similar firms have adopted this. This will be helpful for employees pursuing further education or those with children going to school as this coincide with the enrollment period.
The salary offered to new employees is generally higher than those of existing employees. It would be great if the pay would be similar across the board for each position. In a way, this disparity in salary, disincentivize employee loyalty and commitment to the company.
The WFH set up is great since it saves us a lot of time and money. In situations where we need to extend our time to accomplish certain deliverables, it also makes us more likely to do so since we are no longer worrying about traffic or getting home too late.
It is very difficult to build a rapport with most of our US colleague since they rarely communicate even about matters that concern our clients. I also feel like the US team is very reluctant to adapt to changes and would rather have the PH team do it most of the time.
Go back to the core of the company. InDinero used to be a fun work environment with work-life integration. Now, it is all about work, meeting the management's desired utilization, monitoring this and that, etc. If the culture is going to be this stale then at least pay us the industry rate.
