I'm happy with the culture and environment. I'm not happy with the compensation as it's obviously been left behind by our competitors. We kept telling this to the management but nothing is changing. Salary increase is lower than the effects of inflation. Not good if you are a breadwinner.
Everything is good except for salary and promotion increase.
I'm happy to be part of this growing team. While there have been ups and downs, the culture and work environment are truly exceptional. That said, there's room for improvement in compensation. It's important we continue to feel motivated and valued as we grow together.
We make sure to let everyone feels appreciated.
Working with the team and being able to help clients
They take surveys like this to know what the employees needs
Completing my tasks timely, receiving positive feedbacks from clients and colleagues.
We understand each other and support each other. No toxicity at all.
We support each other, we let each other grow. We treat each other as family.
Working with our team, and knowing that we have the support we need in our work.
I love the PH leadership team. They relate to us the most, and they understand what we need.
Our team is solid and reliable. It's easy to approach people whenever we encounter any issues at work.
We have a great culture and supportive environment. We treat each other as family. We are very comfortable with each other.
Everyone is approachable and friendly, so you’ll never feel out of place. We operate in a remote setup, which provides the flexibility we all need to
interacting with team mates, seeing clients with positive income, clients complimenting my work, compliments from my team as well, acknowledgement of the good things that we are doing.
They listen to our concerns. Once a year, we get to meet with the CEO and communicate our concerns. They also slowly try to resolve the issues that were raised, especially if this is something within the company's capability.
Our compensation remains below market average, despite attempts to justify otherwise. To better address inflation and create a tangible sense of improvement, it would be more effective to base merit increases on their peso equivalent rather than a percentage of salary.
It's time to revisit compasensation. Other companies offer 2-3x the amount we are earning here. Also, promotion increase should be significant, not almost same as annual increase. I think that's the reason why homegrown talents are far behind their market value and do not commensurate their work.
The compensation is not competitive in the market. Talented people leave the company because of this. Also, promotion increase is not significant. No wonder why our salary is being left behind by the market. For long term employees, the salary is not sustainable to meet family needs.
I like the PH leadership team because we support each other and cultivate good working relationship within our team. Culture and employees are prioritized. However, I can't the say the same for US leadership team since they focus more on their target goals and I feel employees are not being heard.
My teammates are all cool, easy to talk to, approachable and we care for each other. We always make sure to take a time of the week to catch up be it work related or personal stuff. It feels like their my second family, probably the only reason why I'm staying so far.
