Currently, it's not good. We are like going back to the old ways of handling people: to only make the clients happy, whether they're happy or not.

They are trying their best in leading us.

They love to receive feedbacks.

We are friends. We listen, care, and help each other.

Appreciated by the client and leads, deadlines are met, helped a colleague resolved an issue, making friends.

There were so much before, but right now, I think the only one left is the flexible working hours.

WFH set up, no hassle in filing leaves (as long as deliverables are managed well), making real friends, encouraged to speak, challenged to learn continually and to grow professionally.

We care for one another, not just about client status but also each other's wellness. Anyone offers a helping hand when someone needs it. We try our best not to leave anyone behind and celebrate everyone's wins (work or personal).

Everyone is doing their best to make the clients happy but the culture of building & strengthening camaraderie within the team was deteriorating over time. I still believe happy employees, happy clients. Pay attention to Employee Wellness too. Increase compensation package.

Client satisfaction is our goal but employee happiness and wellness is not valued same as before. Our assessment to clients' unreasonable requests are questioned once the client complains. Also, we are underpaid compared to current offers in the market. It's better if compensation is increased.

I can't see any efforts to retain anyone due to Salary-matter. They were great assets to the company but they were not kept. This made me feel how dispensable I am. It is better if there is a reasonable Salary increase, not necessarily at par with the other companies but at least a competitive one.
