It challenging, but I love every minute of it, thanks to my co-workers and to the management :)

A lot of room for improvement especially when it comes to approval process especially if it will benefit the company and employees, but I am positive that the Management together with the Employees are learning and will continue to improve.

My experience here has been excellent. Management places a great deal of trust in the team, which allows for significant autonomy and flexibility. This, combined with a supportive and respectful environment, has not only made my day-to-day work enjoyable but has also provided great opportunities.
