
Love being remote and having flexible hours. I wish i could go into a wework once a month and meet other accountants or people in tech industry. Maybe offer a remote office reimbursement? Or provide opportunity for me to go to happy hours in Denver with maybe clients here or networking events.
I enjoy being my own "boss" meaning my clients are my boss and i just have to make them happy to succeed at work.

The SSP target is too high, to know that I'm bringing in $20K of revenue a month and getting a fraction of a fraction of the amount over that is frustrating.
The ssp is great, but sometimes I want a bonus for how well the company is doing as a whole. Maybe some metrics for how many clients i brought in last year and satisfaction reviews from clients should count for something.
