When I applied at InDinero, there were three things that the company promised to offer me are competitive salary package, an awesome company culture, and a work from home setup. These things are what make me stay and happy. As long as these are still being offered, then I'm willing to stay.

It's of course having peace of mind that whatever happens at work, I have my support system which is my team and my manager

The company is very sensitive to mental health and I believe that it's what is needed the most, especially in our work from set up.

The pod I'm currently in is very supportive. They look out and care for one another and it's such a blessing to be part of this team!

I believe that my current salary is in line with my skills and knowledge as a professional but of course, its employees should receive an annual increase while the SSP is also a great addition however some things need to be reconsidered.
