Very open and clear about expectations and deliverables. Collegial environment that creates an open forum where questions can be asked without a prejudiced response. The goal is to solve the problem or challenge, not point a finger at an individual.
This will no longer be anonymous as it will be very clear who I am with this response. Using data directly from HB, I drew up a document wherein I showed that there is a preference for certain members of the sales staff to get preferential treatment. In that document I gave ideas of how to fix this.
