I like that I sit in close proximity to my team members. I can ask questions and ask for advice.
My team is positive for the most part. I have had issues with the product teams not meeting deliverables and not being accessible.
I feel like the executive team needs to have more productive town halls. Sometimes I feel like it is more of a "Show and Tell" rather than outlining the company's goals and the strategies we need to take to reach our goals. It is concerning that we have not received our bonuses two times in a row.
