Not that KUBRA does not come with their challenges but the overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive especially as it relates to helping the team eliminate challenges that at the executive level can be solved so that we can focus on other team building aspect that is at the operational

Fairness and considering we are not a public company, they looked at other areas to improve the overall benefits / comp package

Multiple interviews are nerve wracking but also shows they do appreciate differences of opinions and that they do their homework before bringing people in

The People and Business we are in. The difference our business makes on people's lives and the fact that we directly impact the happiness at home

The willingness to course correct in the various aspects that are meaningful to the team. The values of the company are simple to follow and resonates with the team

Though already in discussions, we lag behind in "equity" like compensation specifically with pension / retirement savings and contributions. The company is already in flight on delivering this in 2021

The fact that we try. I would not say we are perfect, far from it. However, I know everyone that can effect culture genuinely tries to do what they can to make it positive

While there are always the notion of personal vs. work, the fact of the matter is we spend more time at work than with our family. Many folks at KUBRA I come across calls KUBRA family and not just a place to work

The fact it is evolving, competitive and openness for management to see what is in the market place. I do not believe you need to be bleeding edge as there is a budget for everything. I like the fact we did the best of all worlds and consider each one
