Timeline took way too long; I had several other offers during this time and the only reason I didn't take them is I heard good things about Kubra; until I found out about the pay.
Working from home would offset the lower pay. Frustration and lack of good documentation makes the job much more stressful and really does not service clients in the time frame that it should. Higher pay may make the frustration and stress more worth the time.
