I am paid a fair salary for the work that I do every day, but also rewarded for exceptional results and motivated to keep pushing and growing to unlock more responsibilities and more financial compensation.

The leadership team is transparent about the projects they are working on and value team input. They always strive to make decisions that benefit our user base and make it easier for the team to help and empower our users.

There's a lot of great feedback and props given. I like shouting out others for their daily accomplishments in our messaging platform because it is casual, immediate and familial. Highlighting bigger or more broad achievements in team meetings or syncs adds the right pomp and circumstance.

Being surrounded by such bright and ambitious colleagues who feel empowered to speak up and take on projects. zlien definitely thinks about how to celebrate the diversity of people and opinions in the workplace, including being a great workplace for women, which can sometimes be a struggle in tech.

I'm really excited about where we are and where we're going, the energy is palpable on the sales floor, the product is in a great place and we have really awesome collateral to support our pitches from the content/legal team. Every day I'm fulfilled by working towards shared goals with the team!
