
My team has a great culture of pulling each other when we're struggling and not passing blame but working on solutions together
I like that our leadership is so invested in being as transparent as possible with our internal processes and want the whole company top to bottom aware of whats happening behind the scenes
Most positive is that everyone is very friendly with each other and there is very little griping behind peoples back. At the very least this behavior is frowned upon, keeping it from becoming part of company culture
The main benefits stem from auxiliary perks like travel stipends, time off, and gym memberships. Monetary compensation is lacking and I would feel uncomfortable approaching my bosses for a raise because it seems like a given they would say no.
