It didn't feel like an evaluation, just a venn diagram of expectations/needs coming together. We had quite a few items fall in the middle portion, and it made sense to team up.

There's an air of trust/respect in the Levelset environment that I haven't witnessed in any previous workplace. You feel like a person, not a number. Your goals are priority to leadership, and that's really nice to have, on top of being a super fun office in general!
