There are many things but I think the fact that folks genuinely like and support one another wins hands down. That is RARE.

I think base salaries across all positions should start at $50k. We are based in cities where our rate of pay does not allow us to keep up with the costs of living and THRIVING. Way too many contests for money we all deserve - just raise our base pay instead.
